How to Return

  2. We will provide you with return authorization and shipping instructions.

  3. Returns sent without approval may be refused.

  4. Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll confirm and process your refund or exchange.

Refunds & Processing Time

  • Refunds are issued to your original payment method.

  • Processing typically takes 5–14 business days depending on your bank or payment provider.

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

Damaged or Wrong Items
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and details. We will arrange a replacement, alternative item, or a full refund.

Return Shipping

  • Customers are generally responsible for return shipping costs unless we provide a prepaid label.

  • We are not responsible for lost or damaged items during return shipping unless arranged by us.
